Consultation fees

Consultation fees are collected at the clinic at the time of your visit. No payment is taken through this website.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge by informing the clinic before your scheduled slot.

Repeated no-shows may require confirmation of a future slot by phone.

Refunds

Where a fee has been paid in advance and the consultation does not take place due to clinic-side cancellation, the amount is refunded in full through the original payment method.

Fees for consultations that have already been provided are not refundable, as the clinical time and case analysis have been delivered.

Medicines

Dispensed medicines cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons. If you believe a dispensing error has occurred, contact the clinic immediately.
